Clay Iman

As Managing Director of Real Estate with Stage, Clay co-leads all acquisitions and development activities. On the acquisition side, he drives sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, contract negotiation, debt origination, and equity capital formation. On the development side, he carries projects from site selection through entitlement, design, and construction, and he remains responsible for asset management and disposition across the life of each investment.

Clay began his career in acquisitions, private equity, and investment banking before moving into development, where he has been involved in nearly 3,000 residential units representing approximately $1 billion in total project capitalization. He most recently served as Development Partner at Highland Development Company in Denver, and previously as Managing Director at Wood Partners, a national multifamily developer, where he oversaw development across Colorado, Illinois, and Utah from the firm's Denver and Chicago offices.

Clay graduated with highest honors from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.S. in Finance and completed Juris Doctor coursework at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
